We are very excited to launch our TopWallet Playbook, an integrated collection of strategies that we have learned from our customers to help facilitate CardUpdatr usage in financial institutions of any size.
We have simplified the Playbook to 3 simple steps:
CardUpdatr is successful when the experience is incorporated into existing member experiences and able to improve upon the current process. The more seamless the experience is integrated, the more success we will see and the more cards on file that will be placed. The Playbook will highlight key locations where CardUpdatr can be effortlessly placed to maximize success. So far, we have seen the most success from customers including CardUpdatr in their activation process.
In addition to the Playbook, we still offer our TopWallet Tools. TopWallet Tools are compiled content to help promote and launch the CardUpdatr experience. There you will find different campaign ideas, website copy, ad mockups, and more. TopWallet tools, along with the Playbook, should give you everything you need to create effortless experiences for your members.
