Since launching with our first customers, we have learned a lot about how to create the best experience for members and cardholders to place our FI partners cards as the default payment method on sites like Amazon, Netflix, Venmo etc. In our last update, we told you about our Embedded CardUpdatr option. With just a few lines of code, our customers can now embed the CardUpdatr experience right into their site causing fewer interruptions and less work for the cardholders. But we didn’t stop there…

How can we make our experience even better? 

As we began to roll out embedded CardUpdatr, we discovered what our next improvement had to be. To enhance the CardUpdatr experience, cardholders will now *first* select the sites they would like to update payment information! This allows cardholders to see the value of the experience right from the get-go. Cardholders are now more likely to finish the process and place cards as Top of Wallet®.  Our experience was designed for Cardholders to save significant time and solve the pain of getting a new credit or debit card. VISA reported it takes an average of 9.5 minutes to update 1 site. Who wants to take the time to update 10+ online accounts with new card information? Our experience has the power to update online accounts all at once, saving cardholders time, and securing the lucrative Top of Wallet position for financial institutions.
